1. Who we are
In Your Words ("we", "us") is an online tool that helps people draft wedding speeches. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Your account
You'll need an account to generate and save speeches. Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be 18 or over to use In Your Words.
3. Your content
The details you share about the couple, your relationship, memories and jokes ("Inputs") stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to process those Inputs to generate your speech and to operate the service. The generated speech text is yours to use, edit, perform and share — at the wedding and beyond.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use In Your Words to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone else's rights. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
5. AI-generated content
Speeches are produced by AI based on your inputs. They may contain mistakes or things that don't quite ring true — always read your speech carefully and edit it before you deliver it. We don't guarantee accuracy, originality, or that the speech will land the way you hope. You're responsible for what you say on the day.
6. Payments
The 90-second preview is free. Upgrading to the full speech package is a one-time payment processed by our payment provider. Unless required by law, paid features are non-refundable once the full speech has been generated.
7. Service availability
We do our best to keep In Your Words running smoothly but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that generated content will arrive in time for any specific event. Generate your speech with time to spare.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In Your Words is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is capped at what you've paid us in the previous 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via the site or email.
